Admissions Requirements
- a. Residential Pastoral Formation Admissions Requirements
- To help our applicants through the admissions process, we have developed checklists for each program. The checklist document explains what is required of the applicant (what is due and when). It also explains what we in the admissions office will take care of for you. The second page of the checklist provides helpful information concerning the Seminary’s academic requirements, the steps for requesting a criminal background check from the FBI, and the steps for initiating the district interview process. Please download the checklist for the program to which you are interested in applying:

- d. Intention to Enroll
- An applicant expresses his intention to enroll by submitting a $100 tuition deposit to be received by the Admissions Office no later than 30 days from the date of the applicant's acceptance letter. Failure to submit the tuition deposit within 30 days of the date of the applicants acceptance letter will void the Seminary's offer of admission, necessitating readmission prior to enrollment. This deposit is refundable if the student submits written notice on or before July 15 indicating that he desires the Seminary to withdraw his admission. (2007-08 Academic Catalog, p. 23)
